Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All items are subject to availability. All orders are shipped 3 to 5 business days from the date the order was placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. While we do stock most items featured on our website, from time-to-time an item will be out of stock or will be a special item that is a print-on-demand piece. In those situations, delivery may be delayed by 2-3 days while your item is printed or restocked.
If an item is back-ordered, we will contact you with options for your order.
Delivery is handled by UPS. When your order ships, you will be given a UPS tracking number that you can track via the UPS website or the UPS telephone customer service system.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We will gladly refund or exchange any item that does not fit properly or does not meet your expectations. Please contact us should you need to make a return.
